This memorial scholarship honors the short yet full life of Reginald K. Murdock, Jr. As a devoted Christian, son, brother, and student, Reginald touched the lives of all those he came into contact with. Not only was he an intelligent young man who strove to excel in school, but he also was determined to increase his spiritual knowledge. Reginald was a very wise 16 years old when he met his untimely death, but in those 16 years, he accomplished more than many people (even Christians) accomplish in their much longer lifetime. The scholarship will be awarded based on spiritual dedication, academic achievement, and the demonstration of the type of character that was exemplified by Reginald K. Murdock, Jr.
